Delivery & Returns
Bodenhams Online Ltd. will endeavour to process your order within 2 working days. We aim to deliver the order to you within 5-7 working days, but some orders may take up to 28 days to dispatch. We will make every effort to ensure these times are met, and inform you if we can not. We shall not be responsible for dispatched items delayed in the post.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Any promotional offers we make are designed to be used independently and in accordance with the offer as presented.

Payments & Security Statement
We are passionate about the service we offer and that includes our approach to security. We won't capture or store your card details and once you have entered your card number into a payment page securely hosted by Sage Pay, all sensitive data is encrypted and sent to the banks for processing.
Once your transaction has been submitted, you will be automatically redirected back to our site where you will receive a confirmation regarding your order.
Through Sage Pay, we also have enabled 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard). This is an additional check to confirm that no one but you is using your card. This box will appear and ask you to enter a selection of characters from your password e.g. first, third and fith character. So don't be alarmed if this additional check appears. If you wish to order via a phone, you can on 01584 872786, but product offer in the Bodenhams shop may vary from the offer on-line. We will do our best to meet your requirements. In case of an order processed via a phone, the Return Procedure shall be the same as in case of online order.
If we sell to you via a phone, we will need to ask you for your card details. We employ trust worth and well trained staff which will handle your personal data with great care and all your security details will be destroyed straight after the payment has been processed.
Bodenhams Online Ltd. like all shopping websites requires some personal information for you to shop online. The information collected is needed to process any order made with us. It is also used to inform you of any problems that may arise concerning an order. We may also send special offers and promotions if you are happy to receive such information. Cancellations / Returns Procedure
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason, by giving us notice of cancellation at any time within 7 working days from the date of you receiving your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail your cancellation to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be refunded any amount you have been charged within 30 days of cancellation. If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to make any changed but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as the order may already have been processed. In such cases you may have to wait until you receive the order and than follow our return procedure.
In the event the goods have been delivered or dispatched to you prior to cancellation, you must return the goods to us, and pay the costs of shipping (unless the return is as a result of an error on our side, or product if faulty).
We will only refund the standard postage and packing cost, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. If you cancel your order after seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations, or only cancel part of your order, we will not refund your postage.
Any goods returned must be received by us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging as when they were delivered to you.
Bodenhams Online reserves the right to suspend, modify or amend our website shop (or any part thereof) at any time.
The items shown in this website are a fair representation of the actual items, although minor details may vary. We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products and services at any time and without notice.
If an error is discovered in the price of goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described, we shall refund the full amount within 7 days of the date of order.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 10 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. All returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving.
