Lemons, pasta, gelato, limoncello, pizza, sardines, sunshine... shall I go on?
What a way to end June! A family holiday in beautiful Sorrento.
I was lucky enough to go back to Capri and, for the first time, visit Positano. Two very beautiful places, oozing with luxury. And the views from the sea? Wow moments!

And, of course, Italy deserves a good mix of outfits — because style is premium.
Luckily, Foil did an amazing range for 2026. My favourite outfit was the Foil flower top in lemon (of course!) with the coordinating trousers. They felt cool and comfortable, yet I still felt like the best version of me. What's not to love?

Foil again came up trumps with the Generosity dress. Perfect for sightseeing in Capri — and it has pockets! This one has now sold out, but I loved wearing it so much that I couldn't leave it out of my Italian style diary. And I have it on good authority that Foil has redone the dress for 2027 in a different print... so watch this space!

The Anna top from Cream is light and beautifully fitted. It's perfect when you want a slightly dressier take on a cami top, and we have lots of colours to suit.

B.Young also does a fabulous linen-mix range, and my black Falakka dress was such an easy wear. Dress it up with jewellery, or dress it down with flats and a straw bag or hat.
We've also just had a new linen range arrive from Marta. The trousers in chocolate brown particularly caught my eye — and, of course, one pair has come home with me!
We still have plenty of summer months ahead of us, so why not take a little inspiration from the Italians and embrace La Dolce Vita?
Dress for you and make every day matter.
