2. International Shipping

We have temporarily suspended shipping outside the UK until further notice.

3. Dispatch Times

- Standard Delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
- Express Delivery orders placed after 12 noon Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
- Super Next Day timed deliveries (e.g. by 10am) may be available — please contact us for details before ordering.
- All delivery times are estimates and exclude public holidays.

4. Delivery Method & Signature

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery to confirm safe receipt.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
- Royal Mail will usually attempt delivery again on the next working day, or
- Leave a card with collection instructions for your local Royal Mail collection point.

If delivery is refused or missed on both attempts, you will be responsible for covering any additional re-delivery costs.

5. Stock Availability

Stock levels are updated in real time with our boutique, but all items remain subject to availability.
If we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Delays
While most Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 deliveries arrive within the estimated timescales, delays can occur.
We aim to investigate delayed parcels as soon as possible and will keep you updated throughout the process.

Lost Parcels
- A parcel will be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 10 working days after the expected delivery date (Royal Mail policy).
- We will refund or replace any parcel deemed lost within a maximum of 30 days after shipment, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bodenhams.co.uk with photos of the packaging and item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Liability

We are responsible for your parcel until it is delivered to you. However, we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by Royal Mail.
